Nigerian winger Marcus Abraham, 22, has signed for Portuguese giant, FC Porto on a season long loan with an option/obligation to buy from Portimonense.
Abraham who spent last season on Loan at Polish outfit, Radomiak Radom, will be field into Porto B. His progress will be observed and he will be subsequently promoted to the first team.
The former Remo stars winger featured for Nigeria in the friendly games against Cameroon last year under the manegarial supervision of Gernot Rohr.
The Lagos born forward in an interview with FC Porto after signing his contract told the official club website “I am very excited to be part of this club. FC Porto is a good place to be and hope to do my best here. I played against FC Porto B in the Segunda Liga, so I’m very happy to be able to represent the club. hope to have a good season,
“I am a player with quality, intend to show it on the pitch and show why FC Porto bet on me will try to score more goals this season and I will always give my best for the team”, he added.
