Argentine center back, Lisandro Martinez has been announced as a new Manchester United player.

The 24-year-old joins Red Devils from Ajax on a €57 million move after spending just three years at the Amsterdam club.

Manchester United will pay a transfer fee of €57m (£48.5m) for the Argentina international defender, with an additional €10m (£8.5m) in add-ons if the player meets the terms that was agreed by both teams.

Furthermore, his official unveiling is subject to his medical and visa permit.

Lisandro joins Manchester United as the third transfer of the Erik ten Hag era and would be plying his services at the heart of the defense or as a defensive midfielder.

The Argentine was Ajax Player of the Year last season and has played over 100 games for the Dutch side over the last few years.
