The 24-year-old forward completed a £20 million move to Nottingham Forest but his former teammates are happy about it.

According to the Daily Mail, Watford players “openly celebrates” Emmanuel Dennis departure to Nottingham Forest, saying that “the dressing room will be more harmonious.”

Dennis only played one season at the Vicarage scoring 10 goals and providing six assists in 33 Premier League matches.

Daily Mail reports that the players were not shy to express their delight about the Super Eagles forward leaving their camp.

“It would be fair to say not too many tears were shed at Vicarage Road when Emmanuel Dennis’ move to Nottingham Forest was confirmed,” quotes from Daily Mail.

“There is a distinct feeling at Watford that the dressing room will be a far more harmonious place without Dennis, with several of the players openly celebrating his departure.”

However, this report contradicts the position that there are four of Emmanuel Dennis compatriot in the Watford squad including Super Eagles vice captain, William Troost-Ekong who may not be delighted about their brother leaving the Hornets.

Emmanuel Dennis is among the new 14 players signed by Nottingham Forest this summer and may be fielded alongside his compatriot, Taiwo Awoniyi in attack.
