Samuel Chukwueze played 59 minutes in Villarreal 1-1 draw with Sevilla. He had an impressive first half creating three clear chances for his teammates and looked like their most lively attacker.

Odion Ighalo scored his third league goal of the season as Al Hilal cruised to a 3-0 victory.

Victor Boniface scored a stoppage time victory for Union Saint Gilloise in a 1-2 victory away at Eupen.

New Super Eagles invitee, Raphael Onyedika made three tackles as Club Brugge fell to a surprising 3-0 defeat to Standard.
