Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi put on a Man of the Match performance in Everton’s annihilation of Crystal Palace at the Goodison Park.
Iwobi made the assist for the first and third goal as Everton cruised to a convincing victory.
The Nigerian provided the first assist for Dominic Calvert Lewin who also brilliantly beat his marker before slotting the ball into bottom corner of the net.
Anthony scored from close range to double the lead and put Crystal Palace on their toes in the 63rd minute.
In the 84th minute, a beautiful bit of play by Dwight Mc Neil was supported by a back heel assist from the playmaker Alex Iwobi to set McNeil up for Everton’s third goal.
Iwobi (5) is now the second top assist provider just behind only Kevin De Bruyne (9) this season.
