Recalled Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu has continued his goal scoring streak as he helped KRC Genk beat Anderlecht 2-0 away from home and go 10 points clear on the table.

Onuachu broke the deadlock in the 18th minute as he converted a low cross from Munoz into the back of the net to become the outright second highest goal scorer in the club’s history above the great Wesley Sonck.

This lead put Genk on the front foot before Anderlecht grew into the game and started to create their own chances.

Arteaga made it 2-0 to sink any comeback idea from Anderlecht and bury the game.

KRC Genk are now 10 points above second position Union Saint Gilloise having only lost once and drew once in 17 matches.
