Coach of the Nigeria U20 national team, Ladarius Bosso has invited some European young talents to join the U20 camp from January 7 in Morocco or Spain.

Flying Eagles are drawn in the same group as host nation Egypt, Senegal and Mozambique in what is termed to be a group of death.

“The camp will resume January 7 and the training tour will either be in Spain or Morocco,” Bosso said in a radio interview on Sunday per scorenigeria.

Bosso also declared that he will be adding some more experienced and foreign based players to the squad to bolster the chances of qualifying for the World Cup.

“We need experience in attack and defence and even if any foreign-based player will join the team, they will be from these departments,” he said.

The 2023 U20 AFCON will be played in Egypt between February 19 and March 11 with the top four teams qualifying to the U20 World Cup in Indonesia in May.

According to owngoalnigeria, Ladan Bosso has sent invites to some players abroad including AC Milan young Talent Victor Ehuwa Eletu, Lekan Oyedele – CD Feirense (Portugal), Abel Ogwuche- Trelleborgs ( Sweden), Ahmed Abdullahi – (Gent ) and Adams Olubi – Zalgiris ( Lithuania).
