Czech giants Slavia Prague has completed the signing of Nigerian defender Igoh Ogbu from Norway based club Lillestrøm.

The 22-year-old was signed on Friday for a reported of €2.5m per transfermarkt and he is expected to solidify the Czech club defense.

Slavia Prague announced his signing as Lillestrøm also said their public goodbye on their official social media page.

The former Gombe United academy player said he has signed for this historic club to win titles as a team.

“I came here to make big things. Slavia is not about individualities, we will all fight for one team. And that is beautiful,” Igoh Ogbu told the club’s media on his first day at Eden.

Having represented Nigeria at the Under 20s, Ogbu can also play as a right back and a defensive midfielder.
