Caykur Rizespor have signed two Nigerian players in their mid 20s as they contend to qualify back into the Turkish Super Lig.

The Turkish Lig 1 team announced the signing of 24-year-old winger Ibrahim Olawoyin and 25-year-old midfielder Azubuike Okechukwu.

Rizespor currently sit 7th on the log (30 points), eight points behind league leaders Eyüpspor (38 points).

With a strong chance to qualify back to the top flight, Rizespor have made winter signings to bolster their squad.

Azubuike Okechukwu plays as defensive midfielder and has already spent January to June 2019 on loan at Rizespor where he played 14 games and scored once which makes it a come back for him.

Ibrahim Olawoyin has also been added to the squad to strengthen the attack of the side.
