A well weighed cross into the box from Valeri was nodded into the net by Ciofani to reduce Cremonese deficit into two.
In the 83rd minute, a long ball from Valeri was fumbled by Monza’s defense, setting Cyriel Dessers free in the box to shoot into the net and raise the hope at the stadium.
It was too little too late for Cremonese as the match ended 3-2 in favour of Monza.
