Super Eagles defender, Tyrone Ebuehi has scored his first goal for Empoli in a dramatic 1-0 win against Sampdoria at the Stadio Carlo Castellani.
It was an end to end football with Satriano and Gabbiadini coming close to putting each side in front but couldn’t just get the ball in the net.
The match intensity continued in the second half and the deadlock was eventually broken via a set piece.
Marin played an in swinging corner from the left flank and Tyronne Ebuehi rose highest to nod the ball into the net and skyrocket the noise and chant in the stadium.

Sampdoria kept pushing for a goal and they thought they had scored the equalizer when Omar Colley shot the ball into the net from close range.
However, after VAR review, the goal was ruled out for offside due to a handball in the build up to break the heart of the already celebrating Sampdoria players and fans.
Ebuehi has been consistently disturbed by injuries in his career at Benfica but he impressed in his loan move to Venezia last season before joining Empoli on free transfer.
The 27-year-old is hoping to be a regular in the Super Eagles by trying to keep fit and performing well.
