Odion Ighalo scored a beautiful goal for Al Hilal in 3-1 win over Shabab Al-Ahli in the AFC Champions League Round of 16 at the Al Janoub Stadium on Monday.

Al Hilal are now in the quarterfinals with this vital win after being put on the pedestal by Odion Ighalo with a seventeenth minute strike.

Ighalo received the ball from Marega in the opponent’s half of the field, did a step over to get past one defender before firing into the bottom left corner with his weaker left foot to make it 1-0 within 17 minutes.

Al Hilal had to wait till the 73rd minute to get their second goal through an header from Jang and six minutes later, Vietto put the result beyond doubt by making it 3-0, converting a beautiful flick from Al-Dawsari.

Khribin pulled one back for Shabab Al-Alli in the 86th minute but it was too little too late for them as the goal only served as a consolation.
