Ighalo got a haul of goals in Al Hilal’s 7-0 thumping of Al Duhail in the AFC Champions League semi final at the Al Thumama Stadium on Sunday.
The Nigerian was unable to play at the quarter finals due to injury but as stepped up in style in the semi final tie.
Ighalo got on the scoresheet as early as the second minute to put Al Hilal on the lever they wish to go on.
Eight minutes later, Ighalo doubled the lead with an another awesome goal to make it 2-0.
Marega got on the scoresheet in the 14th and 27th minute to make it 4-0 and put the result of the tie beyond doubt in the first half hour of the game.
In the 38th minute, Al-Dawsari joined the goal scoring board to make it 5-0 with opposition fans already leaving the stadium.
Three minutes after the resumption of the second half, Odion Ighalo received the ball in the box and lobbed it over the goalkeeper to make it 6-0.
Just after the hour mark, Ighalo made a one-two interchange with Alhamddan to find the bottom corner of the net for his fourth goal of the day and 7-0 in the match.
Al Hilal have now qualified for the AFC Champions League final.
