Super Eagles forward, Kelechi Iheanacho has been nominated for the prestigious Premier League Player of the Month Award alongside England’s golden boy Marcus Rashford.
Rashford scored in every one of his four games in February, including goals against Leeds, Crystal Palace, and two against Leicester City.
However, Iheanacho, who scored two goals and assisted three times in four appearances for Leicester City, is also a strong contender for the award.
Tottenham’s Emerson is another contender, having played a key role in his team’s three clean sheet victories against Manchester City, West Ham, and Chelsea.
Fulham’s Bernd Leno and Manor Solomon are also nominated, with Solomon impressing with three goals in three substitute appearances.
The list is rounded out by Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins, who scored in all four of his appearances in February.
