Graham Potter has been sacked by Chelsea Football club as manager, the London based club confirmed on Sunday evening.

The former Brighton Hover coach has already been under immense pressure at Chelsea but had briefly settled things with a run of three successive wins before the international break.

Returning to action after the international break, Aston Villa who are on a run of three wins and one draw in their last four games, inflicted another home defeat on the Blues.

The defeat means Chelsea have slipped into the bottom half of the Premier League table. 11 on the premier league table.

Following the defeat, Chelsea have now decided to part way with Potter.
