A post by Serie A English on Twitter has generated a lot of uproar by the Nigerian tweeps, journalist and sport lovers.

Serie A English posted a picture on Twitter of Diego Maradona crowning Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as the new King of Napoli.

This post has gotten a lot of reactions from sport lovers in Nigeria and across the globe, with most of them making a convincing case that Victor Osimhen should replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the picture.

A lot of tweeps attributed the post to an act of racism, saying Osimhen can’t be crowned King of Napoli because of his race and he is not appreciated enough.

Among the reactions, was one made by prominent Sport Journalist, OJB Sport who condemned the post and tagged it “subtle racism.”

“I hope this isn’t subtle racism. I expect @sscnapoli to make the needful correction of the error made by @SerieA_EN by giving @victorosimhen9, the true king of Napoli his deserved honour.

“Osimhen scored 22goals and assisted 4 in Serie A for Napoli.. (without penalty)

“Kvaratskhelia scored 12 and contributed 10 assists for Napoli.”

Another Twitter user @iamnotallan created another art showing Osimhen as the crowned King of Napoli.

However, some believe that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has being a more important player for Napoli and should wear the crown.
