Gift Orban put in a dominant performance for KAA Gent, scoring a hat-trick in their 4-0 victory over Cercle Brugge in a European Conference League playoff match held at Jan Breydel Stadium.

The match saw Gent’s top scorer, Hugo Cuypers, give his team the lead just before halftime with a well-placed shot. Orban then stepped up in the second half, scoring his first goal in the 52nd minute after receiving a pass from Sven Kums and firing the ball into the bottom corner of the net.

In the 65th minute, Orban added his second goal of the match, assisted by Tarik Tissoudali. Three minutes later, he completed his hat-trick with a deft chip over the goalkeeper, after receiving a long ball.
